Service interruption on 29.06.2023

Dear customers, last Thursday our production EU cluster experienced service interruption of approximately 20 minutes. Unfortunately, both the page subscription notification and our Twitter integration did not work and while we were hard at work to get the services back up again, you were left in the dark.
For this reason, we have improved our process to be less error-prone and removed the Twitter integration so that you will be properly informed in the future. You can kindly find the mentioned status report for June 29th under 'Previous incidents'.
